Super quick breakfast smoothie that is super healthy and delicious. This sugar free, dairy Free, low calorie Oats and apple smoothie is high in dietary Fibre, protein and complex carbs that makes it an idle meal for Quick Weight Loss.

Ingredients to make breakfast oats Apple smoothie for weight loss:-

2 medium red apple
1 Cup homemade coconut milk
3/4 cup roasted quick oats
3-4 dates
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
8-10 almonds
Water if required
2-3 drops vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Method to make oats Apple smoothie to lose weight:-

In a grinder add chopped apple, dates, Almonds & pumpkin seeds ….grind the mixture to a smooth paste.
In a blender add roasted Oats, cinnamon, flax seeds powder, coconut milk, Chia seeds, vanilla extract and grinded apple mixture
Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency
If required add some ice cubes or water to get a smooth Creamy texture.
